Pre-arrival Info for Vail Mountain Lodge 2017-18

 In Vail Experience

Welcome to the Vail Mountain Lodge! We are excited you will be our guest this winter 2017-18 in what is assuredly a special place: Vail, Colorado.

Here we’ve compiled some information that answers some of the most common questions guests have about their Vail vacation. If we missed anything for your pre-arrival, please don’t hesitate to call us at 970-476-0700 or EMAIL

We hear again and again that The Vail Vitality Center is one thing that sets Vail Mountain Lodge apart from other local accommodations. All of our guests have access to the Vail Vitality Center Club and Spa, which is a fitness center, a full-service Spa, and allows guests access to onsite health and medical professionals.

Would you like to update your workout routine? Guests are invited to participate in a wide variety of classes, which take place during club hours and are 30, 45, 60 or 75 minutes, depending on the class.

We offer many classes geared toward our visitors and their need to relieve sore muscles and inflammation from skiing and snowboarding, including Stretch and Recover, Lunar Yoga, Functional Movement and Meditation. Other popular classes are the Barre Rhythm, Pilates, TRX, Climbing, Advanced Yoga, Spin and our new Davinci Board workouts.

We also offer Outdoor workouts as well, including Outdoor Cardio and Endurance with our resident celebrity athlete Ellen Miller, who is the only American woman to have summited Mount Everest from both Nepal and Tibet, one of only five women in the world to do so. The fitness center features new Peloton Bikes, Sparc, and Arc trainers, treadmills as well as weights and additional machines.

If you prefer, private instruction with world class coaches is available at the Vail Vitality Center or in the comfort of your room at Vail Mountain Lodge.
