Remember that day when it snowed 15 inches and you took off work, scavenged for a parking spot, and shredded freshies all day? Your body does! Skiing and snowboarding put a lot of strain on the body and your yoga mat is the perfect après ski destination. In this workshop, you will target the muscles that work so hard while you schuss by learning to simultaneously stretch and strengthen them in order to stay healthy for spring on the slopes. Add tools to your winter conditioning program to stay strong, balanced, and flexible from the top of your helmet to the soles of your boots.

Check It- Hip Hop Twerkout Class on Friday March 25th at the Vail Vitality Center! Join trainer and dance coach Angela Muzic and learn fun choreography to the bassiest of base! Get ready to get low and work those hip hop booty’s!
Hip Hop Twerkout class is set to fun hip hop music and will teach you basic choreography for a sweaty cardio workout! improve coordination, burn fat and tone muscle! All fitness levels welcome, no dance experience necessary. Please wear pant that cover your knees and fitness shoes! Free to members and $10 for non-members.

The Taste of Vail is scattered at several venues throughout the beautiful town of Vail and invites dozens of winemakers and owners to pour and enjoy alongside patrons. The event includes the Debut of 2015 Rose, the American Lamb Cook-off and Après Ski Tasting, the Mountain Top Tasting and the Grand Tasting, in addition to various new seminars. The Taste of Vail has been rated among the nation’s top food and wine festivals by Forbes, Travel Channel and USA Today.

People all over the world run, walk and grow facial hair for cancer. In Vail… We SKI! Pink Vail is the world’s largest ski day in support of a cure for cancer. The day is sure to be amazing with themed deck parties, live music, costume contests, prizes, beautiful scenery and of course, great skiing. Don’t ski? No problem! The party headquarters is located on the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola at Eagle’s Nest – easily accessible by skiers and non-skiers alike. All proceeds from the event stay in the community, benefiting survivorship programs and patient care at the local Shaw Regional Cancer Center.

Held by the Colorado Film Institute, patrons can enjoy screenings of over 50 independent films as well as Q&A sessions with many filmmakers. You can mingle with up and coming actors, writers and directors at the Opening and Closing Night parties, concerts and award ceremonies throughout the weekend.

Back for its 13th year, Spring Back to Vail is the annual spring bash to celebrate the end of the winter season and start of a beautiful spring. A jam packed day complete with the World Pong Skimming Championships, live concerts, sponsor Expo Village, an on-mountain luau, après parties, giveaways and so much more is sure to be a blast.

Celebrate the end of a long ski season in a high-energy yoga class with Tara Goike and music from DJ Kirby. Tara will lead us through a lush atmosphere of yoga flows while DJ Kirby will guide us on a journey across a soundscape of grooving beats. Focusing on a practice that infuses vinyasa yoga with a dose of ecstatic bliss, practitioners will slide into to a deeper place as they ride the sonic wave. This will be an intermediate practice.
